Development Management

Our company implements talent management practices in order to determine employees with leadership skills, who will ensure competitive advantage for Koç Group in future, in advance and to support their development. Different development programs are implemented for our employees determined as a potential and individual development plans are constantly monitored.

Within the framework of development management, individual and functional training and development programs and training and development programs aimed at the company in whole are implemented. Our purpose is to develop the competences of our employees and to constantly enhance their technical knowledge. Tat assesses not only the training programs but also learning activities at work, project efforts and rotations as a part of the development management. Moreover, all our employees may plan their own development both at work and at home using different sources for learning through “Koç Akademi” (“Koç Academy”) on the intranet portal of Koç Group.
