The functioning and sound implementation of the Code of Ethics are carried out through the Ethics Committee, which consists of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager Responsible for the Subject, Human Resources Director, Legal Counsel and the Industrial Relations Manager.

Our Company complies with the Declaration of Equality At Work, which was signed the parent Koç Group in 2013 and is the most comprehensive initiative created for reducing gender inequalities and continues to develop new practices aiming to fulfil the commitments made in the declaration.
