Tat Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. gives utmost attention to the issue of human rights and employee rights, ensures supervision of its approaches and practices by internal and external audit agencies, and continuously monitors its performance in this area with its sustainability reports.

The Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct, which are based on the fundamental principles set by the founder of Koç Group Vehbi Koç, are crucial in ensuring the continuity of this system. Our code of ethics is shared with all employees within the framework of the same alignment and compliance with personnel regulations. The functioning and sound implementation of the Code of Ethics are carried out through the Ethics Committee, which consists of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager Responsible for the Subject, Human Resources Director, Legal Counsel and the Industrial Relations Manager.

Declaration of Equality at Work

Our Company complies with the Declaration of Equality At Work, which was signed the parent Koç Group in 2013 and is the most comprehensive initiative created for reducing gender inequalities and continues to develop new practices aiming to fulfil the commitments made in the declaration.

Koç Holding, which also covers our company, had signed the Declaration of Equality At Work, issued by the Equality At Work Platform, which is the most comprehensive initiative created for reducing gender inequalities under the leadership of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Family and Social Policies and in cooperation with the World Economic Forum on January 15th, 2013.

Accordingly, as the Group that provides the most women employment in Turkey, we comply with following principles aiming to abolish gender-based discrimination and contribute to the dissemination of these principles throughout our country.
